Online Questionnaire - Employers

Demand/Needs analysis for future placements and future funding

This questionnaire relates to the current status of education & training in the environment and the quality amongst new entrants who apply for positions in your organisation but do not have the necessary skills and experience for entry level jobs.

We are now looking to demonstrate the need and value of the LEMUR project, help employers benefit from mainstream funding to support their own programmes and to build further national partnerships through which to deliver future projects when this funding is available. We are currently working to influence the government department of education to create flexible funding mechanisms (such as paid ‘internships’) in order to make this type of programme sustainable and meet the continued demand for this type of workplace training.

We would like to thank you in advance for taking the time to fill in this questionnaire. If you have any queries about it or would like to discuss in greater detail the issues involved, then please contact the project at the Herefordshire Nature Trust on 01432 356872 or email: lemur@hnt-project.co.uk
