Cancellation

As this is a free conference, there are no charges for cancellation. However, due to the high demand for delegate places, we ask that if you are unable to attend you inform us at least 5 days before the conference. This will enable LEMUR to contact others who are on the waiting list, and to avoid the project incurring unnecessary food costs for delegates who fail to arrive on the day.

Access to Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew

Access to KEW Gardens can be made through, the Victoria Gate (on Kew Road) or the Main Gate (on Kew Green). On booking your LEMUR Conference place we shall confirm your place by sending you a formal conference invite letter electronically.  You must bring this with you to the conference and present it to the LEMUR representative who shall be standing at each of the above gates. Once you have registered with the LEMUR representative you will be then given a KEW pass with your name on it. Present this pass and your LEMUR invitation to the gate staff for free entry.

The conference will be held in the Jodrell Laboratory Lecture Theatre. The Jodrell is a 5 – 10 minute walk from the Victoria Gate or the Main Gate. The main entrance to the Jodrell is on the south-east side of the building, near the Jodrell Gate. Please sign in as a visitor upon arrival.
